Biography
As Director Professional Services at empolis GmbH, Dr. Oliver Niese is responsible for the empolis Information Access Suite and Patent Application Suite and reports directly to the Chief Operation Officer. He worked after his studies of Applied Computer Science at the University of Dortmund as responsible Project Manager at METAFrame Technologies GmbH in various projects. In 2001 he made his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Dortmund in the context of automated testing and machine learning under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bernhard Steffen. Since 2003, he works for empolis GmbH in different management positions.
For more than 15 years, Christophe Prigent has been working in the field of Industrial Property solutions development. Firstly at Memotech and then in CPA Software where he was Sales Development Manager. Those different experiences allowed in to gain a deep knowledge of IP information and international customers needs.
