Vendor/supplier/service provider speaker abstract submissions will
be considered through a separate process from other
abstract submissions (e.g. from actual corporate
users of patent information). Selection of vendor
presentations will also be based on merit and relevance
to the overall conference program. The presentations
should include technical information and be of direct
benefit to the attendees.
Please note that there are a restricted number
of presentation slots, exhibit spaces and sponsorship
events available, and therefore vendor participation
and allocation of program time, workshops, etc.,
is at the discretion of the organisers.
Please also note that any special events (i.e.
any organised social events or technical programs
and seminars during and around the conference days)
must be in consultation with, and formally pre-approved
by, the conference organisers. Without exception,
all attendees to the Conference and Exposition are
required to strictly adhere to this condition.
